In response to client demand, Capital Alliance Corp. has launched a business consultancy to help companies add and sustain value — whether or not an M&A transaction is in their future.
As entrepreneurs and seasoned professionals, our Capital Alliance team brings extensive hands-on experience to the table across a variety of public and private companies and industries. We provide our middle-market clients the sophisticated leadership they may not receive from big accounting/consultancy firms that cater to multinational corporations.
Our clients know that tapping into our real-world experience can help add value to their companies. Our clients have asked for that help, and we’ve responded.
Initially Capital Alliance Consulting will offer services to the human resource management industry. The range of services will include, but not be limited to, strategic visioning; financial planning; operational efficiency analysis; budgeting; banking and cash management; benefit plan evaluation and design; legal structuring to address tax and liability exposure; local, state and federal tax analysis; pre-sale M&A preparation; and post-sale integration.
We’re pleased to announce Jim Mack as our consultancy’s first managing director. Jim comes to us with an extensive body of entrepreneurial experience in the human resource management industry with expertise in the professional employer organization (PEO), staffing, payroll and business services industries.
Jim has more than 20 years of senior management experience as a president, CFO and vice president of operations with multiple public and private HR related businesses, including AccessPoint, a regional PEO, staffing and charter school company; and Kelly Services. Jim has an extensive background in operations, banking and finance, corporate risk management, and development and implementation of strategic initiatives, including due diligence and M&A activities.
He is a member of the Accounting Practices Committee of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and holds a BBA from the University of Michigan.
Jim joins practice leader Neal England and me on the HRM team at Capital Alliance.
In the future we’ll expand our business consultancy to other industry sectors and we’ll add services. In the meantime, our clients can continue to count on Capital Alliance to provide top-notch M&A advisory services — from preparing our clients for the process and finding properly aligned prospects, to consummating a sale, purchase or merger.
We look forward to being your trusted partner.
