DALLAS, July 13, 2012 (PRWEB) – Capital Alliance, a leading Dallas-based mid-market investment banking firm, today announced the closing of the sale of PC Specialties to T.P.S. Partners. Over a twenty-year history, the company has offered products such as power dividers, phase shifters, base stations, GPS, and satellite automotive antennas, with a recent emphasis on low cost manufacturing solutions for printed circuit RFID antennas.

“The relationship with the PCSI US headquarters was a very enriching experience and will make the sale of the Chinese plant much easier as we now understand the strategy of the company,” said, Tom Dickens, Senior Vice President of Capital Alliance in Dallas.

“The sale to T.P.S. Partners has been a perfect match and has gone extremely smoothly,” said Terry Jones, founder and president of PC Specialties. “Capital Alliance did a great job in finding a buyer that matched up to the culture of PCSI and assisted our staff and advisors along the way to make it happen.”
