O. Victor Lattanzi

Successful in all kinds of economic climates and venues, Victor started his career in commercial real estate and facilities management, honing his qualitative and quantitative research skills with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services and Congress Realty Investors nationally throughout the 1980s and 90s. During that time, he negotiated hundreds of transactions as a fiduciary to both buyers and sellers.

As an international business specialist during the past decade, Victor has offered his experience in sales, marketing, investment analysis, franchise business development, management, research, and negotiation, in foreign markets. An expert in Russian law, business practice and ethics in franchise building, Victor has built an outstanding track record of facilitating business transactions between cultures.

Armed with substantial operating experience in Europe, Victor served as President of International Franchising Group, LLC and General Director of DOKI International Realty, LLC. Victor built the DOKI firm into the pre-eminent full service real estate agency franchise brand in Russia. His group established other progressive real estate service companies in Russia, including a discount real estate brokerage entity, a mortgage brokerage entity, and a title company - all firsts of their kind there.

He brings a pedigree of outstanding results and experience throughout the U.S. and abroad. A rare blend of dynamic energy and keen insight, Victor has made things happen where no one else could.

A graduate of Harvard University in 1981, Victor was an All Ivy performer on the Harvard football team and has been recognized as one of the University’s best during his era.
