During his thirty years in technology design, development, and manufacturing, Roderick Kish has negotiated contracts with corporations and government agencies, and conducted business on four continents. His expertise in design and manufacturing has been invaluable to sell-side clients and beneficial to potential acquirers. Rod brings crucial experience to the semiconductor, nanotechnology, electronics, electromechanical, biofuel, and manufacturing industries.
Prior to joining Capital Alliance, Rod managed multiple subcontractors for Texas Instruments, where he was responsible for establishing strategic alliances and semiconductor production factories. Before TI, Rod managed development and manufacturing for a digital-imaging startup venture, TI Venture Products. At Manufacturing Automation Systems, he managed the production of advanced machine tools for Boeing, Ford, GM, McDonnell Douglas, AMD and others. In the Defense Systems and Equipment Group, now part of Raytheon, he managed advanced military projects for ground based and airborne systems.
Rod earned his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and supplemented his undergraduate degree with an MBA from Southern Methodist University. He has continued his education at the University of Texas in the areas of business and technology.

- Successfully negotiated a majority stock sale of Heaven Sent Naturals, an Arizona-based nutraceutical company, to a Dallas-based private equity firm, Red Oak Capital.
