Raul Corpion

Raul Corpion has spent his career living and working in the United States and Latin America, and he has successfully negotiated transactions for Latin American companies in Mexico. Raul brings his multi-national experience primarily to the industries of food and energy.

Raul joined Capital Alliance in 1996, and he has been instrumental in developing the Mexican market while expanding the firm’s reach to other countries in South America. Prior to joining Capital Alliance, Raul founded and operated Interamerican Commercial Services, a successful financial consulting firm specializing in real estate and commercial lending. He has served as Regional Director of Secondary Marketing for Commercial Credit Company of Baltimore, and later the President of Parkway Mortgage Corporation in Dallas. 


A native of Cuba, Raul earned his Bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Texas at Arlington.  Additionally, he earned a degree from the Institute of Financial Education from the University of Washington. He also has an Appraisal designation from the University of Oklahoma.


Key Achievements

• Negotiated the financial restructuring of a large Credit Union in Mexico under the most difficult economic conditions Mexico has experienced in years.
• Managed the financing of two resort facilities in Mexico (Cancun and Puerto Vallarta) in a financial package exceeding $40 million dollars.
