
Drawing upon twenty-five years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, Bryan Livingston is focused on industries with a direct connection to his own operations background, including construction, engineering services, defense, healthcare and commercial furniture manufacturing. Bryan’s proficiency in the fields of construction and engineering inspired him to initiate the M&A International Construction and Engineering Services Group, which has developed an interconnected research program for trends in valuation, buyer activity, and evolving industry fundamentals.
Prior to his work at Capital Alliance, Bryan founded and operated two successful companies in the field of interior construction: Direct Path Corporation and Novawall Systems, Incorporated. Over the span of ten years, his leadership, ingenuity, and unique marketing efforts led each business to sustainable growth and profitability, highlighted by his four utility patents and an extensive network of North American distributors. As the Vice President of National Accounts at the Designtex division of commercial furniture giant Steelcase, Bryan honed his negotiating skills, driving major contract closings with healthcare, hospitality and government customers.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Bryan is a decorated officer who completed his military service by retiring from the US Naval Reserve. He holds an MBA in International Marketing from George Washington University.
